INTRODUCING A NEW MEMBER OF THE SERVICE RANGE
The RAS Geometrical Pipeline Inspection tool is an independent tool which can be modified to act as a multipurpose inspection tool with a variety of measurements beyond market known caliper inspection tools.
Besides its main function to act as a Geometrical Pipeline Inspection tool with independent sensing arms and high resolution circumferential measurement, additionally service such as bend detection, o'clock positioning system, temperature measurement, high resolution weld detection, accurate differential pressure recording as well as high resolution XYZ positioning can be adopted. The tool is designed in a way that all relevant sensors are available in redundancy, which gives besides its high accuracy also additionally backup in case unforeseen obstacles in the pipeline have an unwanted impact on the inspection tool.

OPAL-Pipeline:
Drying is terminated on the to RAS assigned sections. All operations regarding precommissioning and related to RAS's scope of work have been successfully executed. These sections are ready for commissioning.

Dzhubga - Lazarevskoye - Sochi gas pipeline:
On the Dzhubga-Lazarevskoye-Sochi gas pipeline, RAS's precommissioning activities are terminated and the gas pipeline is commissioned. The scope to be fullfilled was flooding, cleaning and gauging of the pipeline in multiple sections. After the following hydrostatic test, pressure test, the pipeline was dewatered and dried.

OPAL-Pipeline:
RAS has succesfully finished the hydro testing, pressure testing, operation on the assigned sections, as well as dewatering and the caliper inspection. Preparation of the final work scope, drying is in progress.
