If the report involves the compliance officer himself/herself or the management of RAS, the report can alternatively be submitted to the Group's central reporting office (HABAU GROUP Whistleblower platform on www.habau.at) and will subsequently be processed by the HABAU GROUP Compliance Officer and/or the highest governing body (Audit Committee, Shareholders' Meeting).

Alternatively, you can also submit the report to the central external reporting centre of the German federal government, which is located at the Federal Office of Justice (BfJ) (www.bmj.de).
